    Sarah Beth Hackman is a native of Northern Kentucky, where she lived until moving to Louisville for college in 2007. Her main practice area is Multi-District Litigation (MDL) products liability cases. While her work has focused primarily on products in the pharmaceutical field, Sarah Beth is an advocate striving for safer products in every facet of consumer lives.

    She is dedicated to helping compensate victims for design and manufacturer defects, as well as for failures to warn of risks involved in using certain products. After her brief experience working for a firm focused on the defense of similar cases while a student, she is now dedicated to holding large companies accountable for their negligence by securing compensation for innocent victims and working to make them whole. She is known among her clients for being warm, approachable, caring, and accessible.

    Education & Background

    Sarah Beth graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with an emphasis in law and public policy, as well as a minor in Economics. After being ranked in the top ten students in her first year at Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law, Sarah Beth transferred to the University of Louisville’s Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, moving back to the city she loved throughout her college years.

    At Brandeis, Sarah Beth was inducted into the Brandeis Honor’s Society, a prestige reserved for only the top students at the institution. She was also a member of the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law. She graduated with her Juris Doctor cum laude in May of 2015 in the top 15% of her class.

    Sarah Beth is licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association and the American Association for Justice. She lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with her rescue and foster pets and volunteers at animal shelters in the community.
