Will Nefzger primarily devotes his practice to representing those who have been harmed by the careless or willful actions of others throughout the entire Commonwealth of Kentucky. Will’s experience representing clients ranges from pre-lawsuit dispute and case resolution to appeals in the Supreme Court of Kentucky as well as every step in between, including serving as primary trial counsel in numerous jury trials.
Will dedicates himself to the zealous, honest, ethical and skillful representation of his clients and is committed to practicing law with integrity and the highest regard for the rules governing the professional conduct of attorneys. He believes the trial by jury to be one of the most important principles underpinning our democracy and opposes all attempts to erode it.
