Mr. Ross has extensive experience serving as Bond, Underwriter's, Issuer's and Trustee counsel on Tax-Exempt and Taxable bond transactions throughout the country. He also counsels a variety of regional and national banks in Credit Facility matters. Mr. Ross received a BA (cum laude) from Colorado State University in 1989, and a JD from Washington & Lee University in 1996. His is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.

• Serving as Underwriter's counsel on $40,000,000 bond financing for a private college in Tampa, Florida.
• Serving as Bond and Underwriter's Counsel on $10,000,000 multiple-tier bond financing for a Company in Houston, Texas.
